10:45 -12:15 Continue energy discussion/ Ecosystems:Nature as model/cultivated ecologies

Pattern recognition/ in design/ applications/ zones&sectors/ design process

12:15-1:30 Lunch  Most of the food in all meals will be grown here

1:30-3:30 Climate/climate zones/ microclimates& design. Water: harvesting/management/conservation

Earthworks. Outdoors–identifying patterns, microclimates, mapping and more.

3:30 Tea time

3:50-5:15 Soils& soil building. Hands on earth plastering.

10:45- 12:15 Fin gardening/food. Make sauerkraut if time. Edge effects/site analysis with outdoor observation

1:30- 3:30 Livestock/ tools. Offsite visit to Ironwood farm
